Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications have been filed with the State Engineer Engi-neer to change and appropriate water in Iron County, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are SLB&M. To Change: a-490G Utah Construction & Mining Co., P. O. Box 1590, Salt Lake City, Ut, proposes to change the point of diversion of 2.33 sec. ft. of water evidenced by appl. No. 3-1161 (71-2867). The water was to have been diverted from 2 wells at the following points: (1) N. 210 ft. and VV. 40 from SE Cor. Sec. 18. (2) N. 600 ft. and W. 800 ft. from SW Cor. Sec. 18, both in T35S, R12W, and used for general mine plant use and for beneficiating iron ore in E',i Sec. 3, T36S, R13W. Hereafter the 2.33 sec. ft. of water Is to be diverted from 4 wells as follows: (1) same as heretofore. (2) N. GOO ft. and W. 800 ft. from SE Cor. Sec. 18. (3) & (4) from 12 in. dia. wells and 150 ft. deep at a point N. 2522 ft. and W. 1432 ft. and at a point jN. 1950 ft. and W. 004 ft., both I from SE Cor. Sec. 20, and all in T35S, R12W. The water Is to be i used for the same purpose and at the same place as heretofore. To Appropriate: 37736 ( 75-1115) Edgar Benson, Box 171, Parowan, Ut., .015 sec. ft. of water from a 6-in. well from 75 to 200 ft. deep at a point N. 250 ft. and W. 1275 ft. from E'a Cor. Sec. 1, T34S, R10W, and used for stockwatering of 175 head of cattle in SVi NE!4 Sec. 1, T34S, R10W. 37737 (75-1416) Van C. Morten-sen, Morten-sen, Box 384, Parowan, Ut., .015 see, ft. of water from a 6-in. well from 100 to 200 ft. deep at a point N. 1320 ft. from S'A Cor. See. 20, T31S, R9W, and used for the stockwatering of 35 head of cattle, 50 sheep and 3 horses in SEV.NE',4, SE, NEViSW, SE-'4SWU SE-'4SWU Sec. 20, NENW4, NVVViNEU Sec. 29, T34S, R9W. Protests resisting the granting of any of the above applications with reasons therefore must be filed in duplicate with the State Engineer, 4-12 State Capitol, Salt Lake City, Ut., on or before September Sep-tember 24, 1966.
