California-Pacific Presents CSU Scholarship Grants Scholarship awards have been made to two College of Southern Utah students by California-Pacific Utilities Company, it was announced by Dr. Kent E. Myers, CSU scholarship chairman. Recipients Re-cipients are Robert Bingham and Edward Severance, both of Cedar City. Mr. Bingham is a son of Mrs. Barbara Bingham, Cedar City. He is a sophomore electrical Engineering En-gineering major. He is a 19G5 gradute of Cedar City High School. Mr. Severance is the son of Earl F. Severance, Elgo, Nev.. He is completing his senior year in physical education. He is married to the former Shannon Bryan of Cedar City.
