Show Blaine Johnsons Make Plans to Return Home Word has been received that Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Johnson, who have spent the past year in New York where Blaine has been studying at Columbia University will return to Cedar City soon. Mr. Johnson who Is on leave from the vocal music department of the College of Southern Utah, has received his Ph.D. at the New York School. Word has been received re-ceived here that he has done an outstanding job in New York during the past year. Although the work he has done in one year has left him little t-.e for outside out-side singing, Mr. Johnson has been the tenor soloist for all the concerts the University choruses and choirs have done. Mrs. Johnson, poular local piano pia-no Instructor, has also been studying stu-dying white she was In New York. She has been taking class work In piano teaching.
