Show Weekly Lecture Series At College Open to Residents A weekly series of lectures and concerts got under way at College Col-lege of Southern Utah this evening, eve-ning, Thursday, at 8. All special events In this series 11 in all are open to the public, Dr. Roy-den Roy-den C. Bralthwaite, director, announced. an-nounced. Gaell Llndstrom, prominent ar. tist and associate professor of art, will give an illustrated talk on Vincent Van Gogh, famous Dutch artist who died in the late 1800s. He will show colored slides of Van Gogh's work. The center for the Initial weekly week-ly activity will be the library lounge. Next week two prominent peo-iple peo-iple will be featured. They are Irving Wassermann, well known pianist who is conducting plana workshops during CSU's summer session, and LaVar Chaff in, education edu-cation writer for the Deserel I News.
