Show Diane Fife Exchanges Vows in Stake House Rites ; On Saturday, June 2, Miss Di-i ane Fife, daughter of Mr. andj 'Mrs. Peter C. Fife, became the1 I bride of George Glenn Pace, son of Mr. and Mrs. George W. Pace of St. George. 1 The double ring ceremony took place in the L D S Stake House with Bishop Austin Heywood officiating. of-ficiating. Prayer before the cere-mony cere-mony was offered by Rex E. Har-ris. Har-ris. uncle of the bride. Given in marriage by her fath-.er, fath-.er, the bride was lovely In a I floor length gown of chantilly lace and tulle' over satin. She wore a fingertip length veil of. illusion crowned with seed' J pearls, and carried a bouquet of .white orchids and carnations. Chosen as maid of honor was Miss Janet Fife, sister, of the bride, with Sandra Condle, Patricia Pa-tricia Jones and Gloria Dotson acting as bridesmaids. Max McGregory of St George stood as best man. Ushers were Boyd Carpenter, Roy Cox and Lee Carpenter. Following th.e ceremony the couple were honored at a reception recep-tion in the stake house, given by the bride's parents. At the guest book was Miss Helen Harris. Har-ris. Assisting In e gift room were Oral Carpemer, Lynette Lynette Fife, Mrs. Joanne Carpenter Car-penter and Miss Jean Eyre. In the kitchen were Mrs. Flossie Flos-sie Harris, Mrs. Elda Fife, Mrs. I Elaine Bulloch and Lucy Bulloch. Serving were the Misses Rosa- lyn Fife, Sharon Harris and Deanna Dotson. Music was furnished fur-nished by Miss Diane Cooley. with musical numbers during the reception rendered by Miss Sharon Shar-on Corry and Miss Patricia Wallace. Wal-lace. The young couple were honored before the ceremony at a wedding wed-ding dinner given by the parents par-ents of the groom. |
