NOTICE TO WATER USERS Notice Is hereby given that J. E. Moyle, Beryl, Utah, has filed with the State Engineer, a request re-quest for an extension of time from July 7, 1957 to July 7. 1962, in which to make and submit Proof of Appropriation of Water under App'ication No. 13996 for the appropriation of 3 sec. ft. of underground water In Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, to be used for irrigation purposes and for Incidental Inci-dental domestic and stock-watering purposes. It Is represented that approximately approx-imately $8,000.00 has been expended ex-pended on construction of woiks. It is estimated It will cost approximately $3,000.00 to complete com-plete construction and apply the water to beneficial use. All protests resisting the granting grant-ing of said request, with reasons therefor, must be In affidavit form, with extra copy and filed with the State Engineer, 403 State Capitol, Salt Lake City 14. Utah, on or before March R, 1953. A hearing will be held on this request for extension of time be-fore be-fore the State Engineer at the County Courthouse in rarowan, Utah, at the hour of 2:00 p. m.
