Addresses School Monday Scott Tullis from New-castle New-castle and his Seeing Eye Vog enthralled the children of ih third through sixth grades ut the elementary school. The oldei children were especially in'erest-ed in'erest-ed as they had been reading the story of a blind boy, but Mr. Tul lis kept the entire group spell-bour.1 spell-bour.1 as he told of his expeii-ences expeii-ences at the school where he learned how to handle his dog. He demonstra'ed the way the dog worked in guiding him, and the commands by which he directed di-rected her. He also left each child a sample of Braille to stu-' 1 dy.
