Show I Marine Officer Course Openings Announced Applications for the 29th Marine Ma-rine Corps Officer Candidates Course must be at Headquarters Marine Corps by September 1, 1961, Capt. William K. Self, Officer Of-ficer Selection Officer for the In-termountaln In-termountaln area, announced this week. Accepted candidates will attend at-tend a ten-week training course at Marine Corps Schools, Quan-tico, Quan-tico, Va., and on December 16 will be commissioned second lieutenants in the Marine Corps, ground or aviation. College graduates between the ages of 20 and 27 are eligible for the course. Applicants for either the ground or aviation program may be married, marri-tal marri-tal status having no bearing on their eligibility. Men interested in attending the 29th Officers Candidate course are urged to make application appli-cation now. A minimum of 30 days is required for processing, and applications must be in Washington, D. C. by September 1. |
