Show NOTICE TO WATER USERS The following applications! have been filed, with the State Engineer for an Extension of Time Within Which to Resume Use of Water, to Change and to Appropriate Water in Iron County, Coun-ty, State of Utah, throughout the entire year unless otherwise designated. All locations are in SLB&M. Extension Application No. 165 John M. McGarry & Miriam A. McGarry, Beryl, Ut, have filed an Extension of Time Within Which to Resume Use of 3 sec. ft of water evidenced by Water Users Claim No. 583, Escalante Valley Proposed Determination of Water Rights. The water has been diverted di-verted lrom a 14-in. well 194 ft. deep at a point S. 2040 ft. and E. 190 ft. from NW. Cor. The water was last used beneficially in Oct. 1959, and an Extension of Time is now requested to and including includ-ing December 10, 1969. a -3478 U. S. of America, Bureau of Land Management, P. O.
