Show Former Resident Is Officer in New Business Venture A former Cedar City resident, T. W. Bill" Gardner, has been named executive vice president of a newly formed corporation in Brigham City, Utah. The corporation will be known as the Insta Lay Process, Inc.. The organization hopes to open new vistas for uses of a revolutionary revolu-tionary fiberglass material "which promises to be the best .solution to the west's water seep- I age problem." Gardner, who is directing the , affairs of the new corporation in-' in-' dicated a machine to manufacture manufac-ture the company's fiberglass product, know as Instlline, now is being fabricated in Brigham City, he said' the unit pi as' se cxmd machine to lay the Insta-: Insta-: line is now In operation. A urototype machine produced tru first rolls of Instaline in April 1964, shortly after development devel-opment of the process. Instaline will be manufactured from raw materials right at the site, pro-duced pro-duced as a roll of highly malea-ble malea-ble material that conforms to suriice contours of the bed, the I executive vice president statid.
