Fiiewoiks Display Residents of Cedar City, especially espec-ially civic leaders, are reminded that the Cedar City Volunteer Fire Department has found it impossible im-possible for them to sponsor the annual Fourth of July Fireworks Display this year. The department has insufficient insuffici-ent funds to carry on this program pro-gram and financial support has not been great enough to meet the costs, therefore, the members have voted to abandon the program. pro-gram. However, If any other organization organiz-ation cares to sponsor the program, pro-gram, the firemen will gladly handle the display, including setting set-ting up, firing and providing protection.
