I Cub Scouts Present I Tree on Arbor Day A flowering plum tree was 1 presented to College of Southern Utah on Arbor Day by the Cub Scouts of Den 2, Cedar City Pack 3379. The tree was selected and planted under the supervision of Sheldon Grant, superintendent of CSU gardens and groves. It was placed on the patio west of the student center. The planting was planned as a climax to April activities for the cubs. The national Cub Scout theme for the month was "Green Thumb." Projects for Cedar City dens have included nature hikes conservation projects, and planting plan-ting experiments. Cubs participating In the Arbor Ar-bor day observance at the col- I lege were Michael Oldroy, Jeffery Jolley, Kelly Dover, Jeffery Paddock, Pad-dock, Kent Corlett, and Chris .Smith.
