Show Parowan First Ward Sustains Relief Society Heads The Parowan First Ward membership mem-bership gave Its sustaining vote to a new Relief Society presidency presi-dency and ward Genealogical Committee in last Sunday's Sacrament Sac-rament meeting, according to the ward bishop Harley W. Dalton. Mrs. Clara Bryant is the new president of the Relief Sociey with Mrs. Phoebe Taylor and Mrs. Alice Tullis as counselors and Mrs. Audrey Gilger to remain re-main as secretary. Outgoing officers offi-cers are Mrs. Metta Mortensen, president and Mrs. Sarah Hulet, counselor. Mrs. Taylor was a counselor to Mrs. Mortensen and will serve In the same position under Mrs. Bryant. Members of the new geneal-I geneal-I ogical committee are as follows: Mr. and Mrs. Roy Adams repro-Isenting repro-Isenting the High Priests of the ward, Mr. and Mrs. Clifton Taylor Tay-lor representing the Seventies in the ward and Mr. and Mrs. Ellis Bryant, representing the Elders quorum. Sherwin Benson is secretary secre-tary of the committee and he and Mrs. Benson are members. Remaining members are Mr. and Mrs. Alfred S. Wilcock and Mr. and Mrs. Mario Topham. |
