Show NEWS NOTES OF SUMMIT ACTIVITIES I After spending the month of May In Parowan with her son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. Golden Bayles, Mrs. Nettie Dai-ley Dai-ley has returned to Summit to be with her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Bertram! Dalley. Lyle Farrow and Mrs. Mollie Grimshaw have completed a campaign cam-paign for funds for Genealogical work to be carried on in the St. George temple library. Miss Patricia Stephenson of, Cedar City visited at the home of, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Stapley Sunday. Sun-day. Mrs. Elda Fife cared for her brother-in law and sister's chil- dren, Mr. and Mrs. Vivian Prince of New Harmony, while thcyj made a business trip to Salt i Lake City. Visitors at thu Rudger Fife home last week were Mr. andi Mrs. Joseph Fife of Downey, Cal.,j Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Fife and; two small daughters of Santa i Fe Springs, Calif., and Mr. and Mrs. Don Christensen of Salt, Lake City. j Glenn Nuberry of California i Is here visiting with his grand-1 father, John Farrow, during the, vacation period. Miss Bonnie Dalley was chosen I to represent Parowan Stake at Ithe All-Church Rose Tying cere ! I mony at the MIA dance festival and conference. j Miss LaRue Dalley and Mary Jane Dalley, who spent the past school year in Cedar City, are now at home with their parents. Mr. and Mrs. Howard Dalley and i Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Dalley, respectively, respec-tively, j Mrs. Viola Matheson and son Keith of Murray, Utah; Mr. anrij Mrs. Jay Phillips and childicrv of Taylorsville, and Mr. and Mrs.j James Talhurst and family visited vis-ited with Mr. and Mrs. Do Flj Stapley. Miss LaRae Farrow visited the past week in Logan with her brother-in-law and sister, Mr. and Mrs. Conley Adams. Visiting with Donna Gale Fife Sunday were R salee, Marie and Jeri Graff and Margaret Moore of Cedar. Guests of Dick Fife were Paul Watson and Warren Baldwin. Mrs. Serelda Fernley of Mil-ford Mil-ford spent Thursday and Friday with Mrs. Hulda Peterson and Georgia Matheson. Benjamin Lawrence and hi daughter Edith of California are here visiting with relatives for an indefinite time. Mr. and Mrs. Ardell Walker of Las Vegas spent the Memorial Day week end in Summit and New Harmony with relatives. Miss Marjorie Farrow accompanied accom-panied her friend, Miss Phyllis Graff to Las Vegas at the close of school. |
