MILNE Mr. and Mrs. Howard Milne Honored at Open House at College Family Living Center An open house was held at the College of Southern Utah Family Living Center on Wednesday, Jan. 30, In honor of Howard Frank Milne and his bride, the former Elizabeth Ann Pearson. Parents of the bride are Mr. and Mrs. Marden D. Pearson of Riciificld and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Milne of Cedar City are parents of the bridegroom. They were in the receiving line at the open house with the newlyweds. Alos in the reception line were the bride's grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. J. L. W hipple of Su George. Ushers for the occasion were Lee Milne, uncle of the bride-groom bride-groom and Maughn Pearson, a brother of the bride, George and Mike Milne were Junior ushers. Assisting as hostesses were Mrs. Edith Milne, Mrs. Loralee Pearson, Mrs. Evadcan Milne and Mrs. Donna LeSuer. Serving were Mary Lee Milne, Lorl Ix?igh, Jane and Carolyn Bennett. i Music througout the evening was provided by Reed Berrett at the organ. The couple was married in the St. George Temple with Prisldent Harold S. Snow prc-'.ding on January Jan-uary 24. A wedding breakfast I was given at the Sugar Loaf Cafe hosted by the bridegroom's parents following the ceremony. The following evening the I bride's parents were hosts at a I reception in their home at Richfield. Rich-field. The couple hor.:., mooned in Las Vegas, Nev. They are now llv'.r.g in Salt Lake City where Howard is employed em-ployed at the Milne Truck Lines office. - |
