Show Cedar City Social Swing Meeting at the home of Mrs.i John Crabtree, the Lohoaobey club enjoyed an evening of pinochle pi-nochle and visiting together. Mrs. Crabtree invited as special guosts for the evening Mrs. Neal Carter, Car-ter, Mrs. Richard II. Messer and Mrs. Charles Rasmussen. High scorers for the evening of cards were Mrs. Ren Taylor, Mrs. I Cahoon and Mrs. Grant Tucker. Prizes were given after which the hostess served banana asplits made with delicious homemade ice cream. j Mrs. Corry Olson entertained her bridge club last Monday. Mrs. Virgil Bird and Mrs. La-Noir La-Noir Jones were invited as spe-,clal spe-,clal guests. Prizes for the even-, Ing were won by Mrs. G. D. Mac Donald and Mrs. Bird. Refreshments Refresh-ments were served. Entertaining on Saturday night were Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Cox. I I Thursday evening Mrs. Janice Olson en'ertained her sewing club. The ladies spent the evening even-ing at various activities af'er which the hostess served a light refreshment. Club members present for an evening of pinochle were Mr. and pTrsrrrrant Tucker, Mr. and Mrs. Reed Esplin, Mr. and Mrs. Quinn I Chamberlain, Mr. and Mrs. Neal Carter, Mr. and Mrs. John Crab-'tree, Crab-'tree, and Mr. and Mrs. Max I Richsteig. Following the evening of cards the guests were served a delicious salad plate. The evening even-ing was climaxed by the presentation presen-tation of a beau'iful birthday cake to Mrs. Grant Tucker who celebrated her birthday the next day, Sunday. Thursday evening Yvonne Mc Donough entertained her bridge club. Prizes for the evening were won by Irene Goodwin and Mar-Lcelene Mar-Lcelene Mathews. Light refreshments refresh-ments were served. |
