OCR Text	Show September Wedding Set for Lund, Gurr Of interest to many local people peo-ple is the announcement made during the week by Mrs. Thomas Lund of Modena, telling of the approaching marriage of her daughter Miss Rose Elise Lund to Kendall O. Gurr, son of Mr. and Mrs. Peter H. Gurr of this city. The marriage is being planned plan-ned for September and will take place In the St. George L D S temple. The bride-elect attended the Branch Agricultural college and then the Brigham Young university univer-sity from which she graduated. She has been a teacher in the Cedar elementary school system for the past year. Mr. Gurr is a veteran of World War II, and a former student of the Brigham Young University. Universi-ty. He has also fulfilled an L D S mission among the Indians of New Mexico and Arizona.
