Show NOTICE TO CONTRACTORS Notice is hereby given that separate sealed bids will be received re-ceived by the Iron County School Board for the GENERAL CONSTRUCTION, CON-STRUCTION, MECHANICAL WORK, and ELECTRICAL WORK of additions and alterations to the Parowan High School up until un-til 8:00 p-m. Friday. August 22. 1952 at which time bids will be publicly pub-licly opened and read aloud in the offices of the Iron County School Board, Cedar City, Utah. The General Construction work shall include the general building build-ing construction, demolition work, gymnasium seating, steel lockers, and basketball backstops, back-stops, folding partition, etc., AND MAY INCLUDE, at the option of the owner, mechanical work and electrical work. The mechanical work shall include in-clude all plumbing, roof drainage, drain-age, heating, (including the installation in-stallation of an additional bo' er) and ventilating work. The electrical work shall include in-clude rewiring of woodworking shop, wiring of all new construction, construc-tion, lighting fixtures, etc. Bids shall be in accordance with Drawings and Specifications prepared by L. Robert Gardner, Architect, 173 South 200 West P. O. Box 378), Cedar City, Utah. Copies of same may be obtained from the Architect after August 4, 1952 upon receipt of a deposit of $20.00 per set, refundable upon return of the documents In good condition within 10 days after the bid opening. A bid bond, cashier's or certified certi-fied check in the amount of five per cent (5) of the bid, made payable to the Iron County School Board shall accompany each bid. The Iron County School Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality in-formality or technicality in the bidding in the interest of the county.
