Show Committee Assignments Undertaken As Bronco Homecoming Date Looms The feeling of homecoming is in the air at College of Southern Utah as co-chairmen Clark lion-now lion-now and Sherma Huntington hand out assignments to other committee members. Tlannlng for special events from a parade to a queen nomination Is In progress. pro-gress. "Memories" has been selected sel-ected as homecoming theme. The homecoming celebration is set for Friday and Saturday, Oct. 14 and 15. An assembly program will be presented Friday, with the annuaj homecoming parade, a luncheon, football game and dance scheduled for Saturday. Committee assignments have been made as follows: Invitations, Invita-tions, Bonnie Frandsen, chair-man; chair-man; Alice Cane and Sherleen Talbot; queen nomination, Rol- and Palmer and Don 'As'hcroft. Each organization on the campus will sponsor a queen candidate. Assembly, Carol Ann Matheson and Elayne Green; dance, Janet Wasden; floor show, Pat Bridges: Advertising, Elmer Alan; luncheon, lunch-eon, Evelyn Applonie and Barbara Bar-bara Heap; parade, Clark Ron-now Ron-now and Sherma Huntington. Prof. Theron Ashcroft is acting as faculty advisor for the annual event. Chairman Ronnow announces that bands' from southern Utah and Nevada have been Invited to participate In the parade. Football Foot-ball coaches and their team members from high schools of the area have been invited to attend the C S U-Weber football foot-ball game. |
