Show Navy And Marine Strength Set At 571,000 Trained Men 571,000 men will be the peacetime peace-time Navy and Marine Corps strength, Chief M. De Magglo of the Cedar City Navy Recruiting Station stated today. This is an increase, he went on to say. of aboutOO.OOO over the regular Navy complement of pre-war years. Now, more than ever before, the Navy is offering to Its members many advantages, the recruiter explained, ex-plained, among them being good pay, opportunities to travel, and education facilities in practically every trade.
