In a great many of your advertisements ad-vertisements you have used a big headline which reads: "State Costs Hit $551 Per Minute" and then you have amplified that by adding that the state government spends $9.20 every second of the day and night. Don't you know, or do you care, that "any school boy knows," or could learn, by a simple process of multiplication, multiplica-tion, that $551 per minute equals $289,605,600 per year? That Is more money than state government cost In Utah in the last ten years. Did you wilfully distort this statement, or are you so incredibly uninformed that you didn't know?
