Show NOTICE OF MEETING OF BOARD OF EQUALIZATION AND REVIEW - SEWER EXTENSION NO. 3-48 ' NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN BY THE CITY COUNCIL of Cedar City, Utah that the assessment of a tax is to be levied by said City Council upon lots and pieces of ground to be affected and benefited by said improvement abutting or afronting on the hereinafter named streets and to the entire depth of the same ownership back therefrom not exceeding 325 feet and all situated situa-ted within an area described as follows: Commencing at a point 99 feet . north and 210.8 feet west of the northwest corner of Block ., 34, Plat "B" Cedar City Town . Survey and running thence ... north 2,276 feet; thence west .- 650 feet; thence south 2,276 feet; thence cast 650 feet to the place of beginning. . The street upon which the property to be assessed abuts is described as follows: ', Property assessed on both sides 6f Street: ; Fourth (400) West Street be- ,twecn First (200) North Street ' and Third (600) North Streets ' in Cedar City Utah. " 'Notice is also given that the Board ot Equalization and Re view. as. appointed by the City Council.of Cedar City, Utah, and composed of M. C. Roberts, Hal-dow.; Hal-dow.; E. Christensen and Myles Walker, Councllmen, will meet on Monday, the 3rd day of January,. Jan-uary,. 1919, and continue in session ses-sion for the following three days between the hours of 1:00 o'clock p.m. and -5:00 o'clock p.m. of each of said three days In the city, 'dourt room of the City arid County Building, Cedar City, Utah,- and will hear and consider consid-er any objection to said assessment assess-ment and will make any corrections correc-tions .of any proposed assessment assess-ment ..which said Board may deem unjust and Inequitable. ; The lists of all property to be assessed have been completed and during the time between the date hereof and the final day of the meeting of the Board of Equalization and Review between be-tween the hours of 10:00 o'clock a.m. and 5:00 o'clock p.m. said lists 'will be open to public Inspection In-spection at the City Engineer's Office In the City and County Building, Cedar City, Utah.
