Show NOTICE TO WATEB I'gUS A rROCLAMATION ft Now, therefore. I Herbert B. Maw, Governor of the Slate of Utah, upon up-on recommendation of the State Engineer, and pursuant to and by virtue of the authority In me vested vest-ed by Section 100-8-2. Utah Code Annotated 1943, do hereby restore to public appropriation the following follow-ing waters and watersheds, to-wit: That portion of the Pinto Creek Drainage Area upstream from a point on said stream which is West 2640 ft. from the NE Cor. Sec. 16. T36S. R15W, SLB&M, which said point is the location of the highway high-way bridge across Pinto Creek east of the Town of Newcastle on State Highway 66. The Proclamation shall become effective upon completion of its publication as prescribed by law. The publication shall be for three successive weeks In a newspaper of general circulation within the boundary of the water source described de-scribed above; provided however, that after the first publication of notice of this Proclamation, applications appli-cations to appropriate waters within with-in said restored area may be deposited depos-ited with the State Engineer, and the State Engineer may hold public hearings to determine which applications ap-plications so filed within the period of publication of notice of restoration restora-tion are most conducive to the public good, and the State Engineer may file such application and fix their priorities in accordance with such determination.
