NEW HARMONY Celebration of the 106th anniversary anniver-sary of the Relief Society was postponed post-poned in New Harmony until Saturday, Sat-urday, March 27, but the event was very successful and well attended. A number of skits pleased the jub-llent jub-llent audience. Much credit is due toe officers and committees who so ably produced the program. Mrs. Minnie P. Macfarlane has returned to her home In Ogden after visiting for the past week with her mother, Mrs. Susan A. Pace. Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Adair and Mrs. Vada Grant spent the week end in Salt Lake City visiting with friends and relatives. Mr. and Mrs. Albert F Mathls attended the funeral service for Lawrence Adams in Parowan Monday Mon-day Mrs. Susie A. Lunt has returned home from Los Angeles where she has been since January visiting with her daughters, Mrs. Ruth Smith and Mrs. Carrie Chambers. I Reese Davis of Henderson, Nevada, Neva-da, spent Easter here with his son-in-law and daughter, Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Pierce. Mrs. Viola Taylor of Los Angeles and Mrs. Susie Taylor and Mrs. Af-ton Af-ton Grant of Cedar City were Friday Fri-day visitors at the home of their brother and sistcr-ln-law, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence Englestead. |
