NOEL KEYS The Family Life Institute, sponsored spon-sored each year by the Adult Education Edu-cation committee of the Cedar City Coordinating Council, will be held next Wednesday and Thursday, April 7 and 8. The discussion leader lead-er this year will be Dr. Noel Keys, consulting psychologist and professor profes-sor of the University of California at Berkeley. Dr. Keys Is a Fellow in three scientific socfties, as well as being co-chairman oT the national nation-al committee on teacher training for family life. He was a Rhodes scholar, schol-ar, and holds degrees from Chicago, Columbia and Oxford universities. Thousands of students have attended attend-ed his classes in problems of marriage, mar-riage, and he has had extensive experience ex-perience in advising married people, peo-ple, young and old alike. The theme of the Institute will be "Youth and Marriage Today," with the evening meeting being held in the First ward chapel. Dr. Keys will speak to the college and high school students Thursday morning in the B. A. C. auditorium on the subject of "Love and Conduct in a Changing World" at 10:30, and again in the afternoon at 2:30 in the Public school auditorium on the subject of "Courtship and the Choice of a Mate". Wednesday evening ev-ening he will speak to bhe general public on "Marriage and the Family in Present-day America", and Thursday evening his subject will be "Your Marriage A Working Partnership". Part-nership". Both of the evening sessions ses-sions will begin at 8:00. Wednesday afternoon, he will speak in the Paro-wan Paro-wan High school.
