Show . . v .... Wie wish to announce to our friends and patrons of Southern era Utah that we are discontinuing our Appliance department. depart-ment. We have sold our stock of G. E. parts and appliances to the G. E.' Supply Corp. of Salt Lake City and are closing out the remainder. It never was our intention, to sell and service electric appliances from our automobile dealership. We planned to build an entirely new department under spe cialized management for this purpose. However, due to scarcity of building materials, and slow deliveries of standard' stand-ard' lines of merchandise we were unable to accomplish this. We' felt we' could not give proper1 strvice to the electric ap-pliancs ap-pliancs unless we secured a special electric service man. All our present' personell are factory trained in the Automotive, Farm implement and Tire business We are enlarging and, improving our store and yards so we can-give better service in these lines.- ' ' ' The" tunt Motor Co. Will continue to sell and service Dodge Cars, Plymouth Cars, and the famous line of Dodge Job-1 Rated Trucks. The Lunt Hey wood Co. also is agent for two of America's best" lines of merchandise:' namely the John Deere Tractor and Farm Machinery, and Goodyear Tires. Jim Heywood i3 manager of this Company. - With the recent addition of our new paint and body department, depart-ment, and now that our fireproof storage building is nearing completion, and with another full city lot 132 feee by 198 feet facing first East turned over for a parking area we will have one of the most complete, up-to-date and modern and spacious one-stop service operations in the West. We'wish to thank our many loyal customers for their support sup-port during the past years. We pledge our continued effort to better serve the people of Southern Utah in the lines of merchandise and services we of fer in the years ahead. ' Our wish to old and new customers alike is that 1918 will be a prosperous and peaceful year. LUNT MOTOR CO. Wilson and Lanell Lunt, Mgrs. LUNT HEYWOOD CO.
