Show U. P. Agriculture Car To Visit Cedar Jan. 9 For the farmer who can't be long away from his fields and chores Union Pacific Railroad announced today that an Agricultural Improvement Improve-ment Car, the first of Its kind, featuring fea-turing agricultural movies and speakers will begin a two-week tour of Utah on January 6th. Assisting Union Pacific on the project will be the Utah State Agricultural Agri-cultural College, which will provide -speakers on such subjects as dairying, dairy-ing, Insect and pest control, plant production, fruit marketing, poultry, livestock, and row crops. The car will be in Cedar City on Friday, January 9, when four one- ' and one -half hour meetings will be held at 9 a. m., 10:30 a. m., 1:39 p. m., and 1p.m. The first meeting will be reserved for high school vocational vo-cational agriculture students, who will be allowed to select the subjects sub-jects for dlsccusslon. |
