Show KANARRA A wedding reception was held Monday, May 24, at the church in honor of Mr. and Mrs. Layron Christensen. Mrs. Chrlstensen was the former Miss Fayon Davis, Da-vis, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Lionel Davis. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Williams and Mrs. Velma Peterson of Boulder City. Nevada, spent a few days here with relatives last week. Mrs. Peterson came up to attend the graduation exercises at the Cedar City high school, at which her son Dal was graduated. grad-uated. Ray Williams and son Ronald are in the Iron county hospital having been seriously Injured in an automobile accident. Mr. and Mrs. Allison Williams and family of Pocatello, Idaho, are here visiting their parents, Mr. and Mrs. John Henry Williams. Wil-liams. Solon Edwards enjoyed a visit from some of his children during the past week, including two daughters, Miss Helen Edwards, and Mr. and Mrs. Francis T. Hochstettler and family of Van West, Ohio, and Mr. and Mrs. Alma Edwards and family of Richfield. Mr. and Mrs. Varsell Cowley, and Mr. and Mrs. Ren Reeves of Venice, Utah, and Mrs. Leola Jackson and Mrs. Flora Betchel and son Verl of Richfield called on relatives here Sunday. Arnold Graff and son Nelpher have returned home from the Iron County hospital where they have been treated for pneumonia pneu-monia for the past week. Douglas Williams spent a few days in Salt Lake City this week on business. Mr. and Mrs. Harry Leigh and granddaughter of Cedar City were visitors at the home of Mrs. Leigh's sister, Mrs. Mlna Piatt. Dorothy Prince of New ' Harmony Har-mony spent a few days here with her grandmother, Mrs Amanda Williams.
