Show Selective Service Rules Stressed By Local Board Selective service requirements for young men who are becoming 18 years old, in some cases, are being Ignored, according to a statement made this week by E. B. Dalley, clerk of the local board. He emphasizes that it Is the duty and requirement of all hoys, to submit themselves for registration with Selective Service Ser-vice within five days after their 18th birthday. This requirement Is either not being understood, or is being disregarded and not taken seriously.
