Show Sentenced To Term In State Prison Frank Hudson, who was relcas'd from the county Jail In January after af-ter rcrving several months on an r.ssault charge, and who has been held since to face trial on a burglary bur-glary charge, was sentenced Thursday Thurs-day by Judge Will L. Hoyt to serve "not less than six months or more than three years" In the state prison. pri-son. Hudson was arretted on the burgle bur-gle ry charge the same day he was released from Jail. According to officers of-ficers who made the arre;t, he was released from jail In the forenoon, took a room In a local hotel and that evening was arrested for burpbrblng two adlo'nlng rooms. The defendant was found guilty bv a Jury comprised of W, Scott Mitchell. Ullle M. Ward, and Venice Ven-ice II. Decker, of Parowan; Thomas B. Abbott. Pnrajronah; Harold Sargent,. Sar-gent,.
