Tlie wedding i ceremony was performed In the St. George L. D. S. temple on Thurs-i Thurs-i day, December 11, with President Harold S. Snow officiating, j Immediately following the cere-i cere-i mony, a wedding breakfast was given j for members of the two families present after which the young couple J motored to Pasadena, California j where they will reside until Mr. i Gurr receives a military appolnt-j appolnt-j mcnt. 5 The bride attended the local 5 schools and the Branch Agrlcultur-k Agrlcultur-k al College where she was affiliated jj with the XI Lambda Tau sorority. I She has also been active in church activities In the community, g Mr. Gurr la the son of Mr. and 3 Mrs. Peter H. Gurr of Parowan. Ho also attended the 13. A. C. and Utah State Agricultural College at Logan, later fulfilling a mission to Jj Germany for the L. D. S. church. K He was a staff sergeant in the j United Staes armed forces until 3 his recent release. |
