The calves will be divided into four lots of ten and each lot fed a different ration. The feeding will be done by B. A. C. students who will also assist in keeping the records. Besides acting as a measuring stick for practicability practicab-ility of feeding beef hi Utah, the experiment will provide student tf animal husbandry at the B. A. C. an opportunity to feed various ra-cions ra-cions and note the effect on various types of cattle. Because this is the first time such an experiment has been conducted at the B. A. C, special sheds and corrals are being built, which is also providing work for many B. A. C. students. |
