Show BRANCH A. C. NOTES. (J Professor Knudsen conducted the - chapel exercises Tuesday morning. A short ,- program was given after which the time was devoted to playing games and singing. Refreshments consisting consist-ing of nuts and candy, were served. The II. E. C. and Ag. number of the "Student" has just been issued. This number is dedicated to James Esplin and, Silas Smith, and contains, besides the eulogies, a number of very '" . good articles pertaining to liomo science sci-ence and agricultural subjects. The Sophomore class are advertis-' advertis-' Ing what they term as "Sophomore Week," which will begin on the 11th of March and end on the 18th. Some very surprising things are expected to happen, puch aB flag-rush, a spec- , ial chapel, a Sophomore issuo of the f'Student," and finally the big Sophomore Sopho-more dance. The class colors of burnt orange and black will be in evidence during the week. Other "stunts"' yet ' a mystery will take place. Altogeth- er, the week is expected to eclipse the Round-up. Champions of the Southern League! Those were the words that were ringing ring-ing through the school Tuesday morning, morn-ing, when the message was received that the B. A. C. team had defeated " the Richfield High in the final game of the league series. The score was 32 to 10. This victory for the Branch ' Aggies entitled them to represent the t Southern Leaguo In the state town-lament, town-lament, which is being held at Brig-riiam Brig-riiam City, Thursday, Friday and Sat-" Sat-" urday of this week.
