Show EUREKA. The closing exercises of the St. Joseph school will be conducted at the Odd Fellows' hall next Thursday evening, June 15. a nice programme is now' being prepared. The' present school year has been a most successfur one for the St. Joseph's school. f j Rev. P. Donahue spent a few days in Salt Lake last week. -f Charlie O'Connell, the station agent at Tintic Junction, was tendered a very pleasant birthday surprise at his home at that place last Friday night. Mr. O'Connell was taken completely by surprise sur-prise when the entire population of "the Junction" and a few Eureka friends arrived and took possession. The guests enjoyed themselves with dancing, ca'-d playing, music, etc., and the occasion was a most pleasant one. |
