Show NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT pursuant to the precisions of a chattel mortgage, executed by Leola C. Pardee, Alpheus Pardee and Augusta Pardee, as mortgagors to Equitable Loan fe Investment Invest-ment company, a corporation of Wyoming as mortgagee, dated March 19. 1994. and tiled for record in the office of the recorder re-corder of Salt Lake county. Utah, given as security for the promissory note of said mortgagors upon which there is now due the sum of $15.20 and $15 attorneys' fees, which said mortgage covers the following fol-lowing personal property, then and now situate in Salt Lake City. Utah, viz: one oak library table with drawer, one black enamel iron bedstead with brass trimmings, trim-mings, mattress, springs and bedding, one white enamel iron bedstead, mattress, springs and bedding, one 16-foot oak extension ex-tension dining room table, six oak dining room chairs, leather seats, one cut glass berry bowl, the undersigned will on Wednesday, Wed-nesday, June 14. 1905, at 2 o'clock p. m., at the storage house of the B. &. O. Transfer Trans-fer & Storage company. No. 336 West Second South street, Salt Lake City. Utah, offer for sale and sell at public auction for cash the said personal property covered cov-ered by said mortgage and hereinbefore described or so much thereof as may be necessary to pay the amount- of the indebtedness in-debtedness secured by the said mortgage and now due ;ind owing as aforesaid, together to-gether with the costs and expenses of such sale.
