Show BARRY HILLIARD'S BIG ENTERPRISE. ENTER-PRISE. V Barry N. Hillard finished the second payment on the big placer deal on the 6th', 'aid those who thought the financial finan-cial disturbances in Boston and' elsewhere else-where would embarrass the payment have been mistaken. The deal is made, and while some members of the syndicate syn-dicate may have experienced temporary tempo-rary tightness in their fiscal affairs they have kept the ball a-rolling in the Coeur d'Alenes, which indicates that Mr. Hillard has solid financial backing, back-ing, and that the big placer enterprise is being carried on as a legitimate business bus-iness undertaking. The third payment will not commence until June. Meantime Mean-time the company will again be in operation oper-ation under more favorable conditions than it was last fall, for it has plenty of ground all paid for and ample dump ground now, this having been secured within the past ten days. The company com-pany has now paid out through Mr. Hillard not less than $150,000; it has secured se-cured the largest tract of rich placer ground ever brought under one management; man-agement; it has ample water rights to cover every acre of this magnificent field, demonstrated to be affluent in gold by the experience of sixteen years of mining, and the facilities for. taking tak-ing out this gold are already in place. Only additional methods are required to facilitate the extraction of wealth. What there is applied, however, tells its own story to the company, it has already realized sufficient yellow metal from the operation of a few months here to show that the investment is one that has no superior in the annals of mining. The company may not make all the improvements contemplated the present year, but it will push along and develop its resources, and the payments pay-ments will be made as they fall due.
