Show j PHILIPSBTJEG. (Correspondence liitcrmountain Catholic.) R. J. McDonald died Sunday, Jan. 14. at his home in this city, after a 'brief illness of ten day?. He was born in Canada thirty-nine years ago, and came j to Philipsburg in 1S91. His wife died in April. 1!!! and in a few months after his youngest child. The deceased leaves a nan and daughter, aged 12 and 14 years, who will go to Butte to reside with their aunt, Mrs. Thomas O'Re-gan. O'Re-gan. The funeral services were held in the Catholic Church Tuesday afternoon, after-noon, and the remains were laid to rest in the Philipsburg cemetery. Mrs. Thomas O'Regan, who was here during the sickness and death of her brother, returned Monday of this week to her home in Butte, accompanied by her brother's two children, Maggie and John. |
