Show WITTY WAITER. An Englishman who frequently visited Ireland and generally stopped and dined at the same hotel in Dublin, on his arrival one day perceived a paper wafered on the looking glass in the coffee room with the following notice: "Strangers are requested request-ed not to give any money to the waiters, as attention atten-tion is charged for in the bill." The man who waited on him at dinner, seeing him reading the notice, said: "Oh, iMster, sure that don't concern you. Your honor was never made a stranger of in this house." |
