Show PRESTON FOR TEMPERANCE. Citizens' Ticket, Pledged to Prohibition, Prohibi-tion, Carries the Town. Preston, Ida., April 2. The election of village trustees caused more excitement than usual, the people's verdict being in favor of the Citizens' ticket. The ticket was composed of the old board with the exception that O. O. Crockett took the place of Ben Curtis. They favored temperance tem-perance reform and said that if they were elected, no liquor would be consumed in or around any licensed premises in Preston.
