MAIN STREET IMPRUVEMESTS. Don't Discontinue the Grading Until The Work is Entirely Cmtipleted. When the east sidewalk on Main street is cut down on a level with the street, the appearance of that usually lively highway will be improved im-proved immensely. The work should not be discontinued until this is done. Don't half do the job and then drop it for a while. Don't procrastinate the completion of that work, as it would leave Main street in a very unattractive condition. Bush the work and add the finishing touches as soon as possible.
