Show WHISKEY DID IT. A Young Man Probably Fatally Wounded In a Tip-over. We are called upon to chronicle another serious accident, resultant upon too much reckless drinking. Shocking deaths occurred in three former cases, but this one may not prove quite so serious. Several young men, some of whom had been drinking hard, were in a wagon driving north. Just on the northern outskirts of town, the wagon ran off a bridge. A miner named Williams Wil-liams was thrown out, striking on his head and shoulders. His back was badly injured and concussion of the brain resulted, lie was taken up and carried to the City Hotel, and it is yet an undecided question whether he will live or die. Dr. Wade is doing a good work with the patient. |
