Show By Mayall Sawyer 735-4207 The Hatch Camp D.U.P. held its monthly meeting on Jan. 12. There were five in attendance. The lesson was on Kane County. Shirley Wilhelm was the teacher. Potluck was served and the meeting was held at the home of Beth Allred. Maggie Burrows is the new Homecoming Queen at the Panguitch High. She sang a song and did some "signing". Good luck Maggie. We are all rooting for you. Amberly Roberts of Phoenix, Ariz, and Valeene Roberts of Antimony are visiting with May Sawyer. Visiting with the Todd Humbhries were Julie Anthony and three children of California. Cal and Carol Burrows were coming home in the afternoon a while ago when a car almost ran them off the road. Carol slammed the brakes and the car behind her, bumped into the back of their car. They were shaken up, but no one was hurt. Visiting with Cal and Carol Burrows is their daughter Lanace Spendlove and children of Kanab. She came over to see how they were doing. She was helped them get their car to Cedar City to get fixed. Russ and Jacee Torgerson went to a Scout Banquet on Wednesday in Panguitch. LaMar Barney, Bill Duckett, and Dennis Dalton went fishing on the Panguitch Lake. May Sawyer went to Cedar City to meet Colter Sawyer . They got some hay for their animals. ani-mals. Chad Justice is the new fire chief of the Hatch Fire Department. La Mar and Dorothy' Barney and Dennis and Barbara Dalton went to the LDS temple this week. Wallace and Garth Heap were here to feed their cows and check up on business. |
