Show Tropic News Ella Adair Mr. and Mrs. Arnold Adair, Violet Littlefield and Mr. and Mrs. LaMar LeFevre attended funeral services for Gerald Adair in Logan. Gerald was born and raised in Tropic and was well known in the community. The Price Allreds are back home after spending the winter in Mesa, Ariz. Roland Bee was in the hospital with pneumonia when his home in Panguitch was destroyed by fire. Mr. and Mrs. Norm Littlefield have returned home after spending the past three months with their children in Nevada. The Senior Citizens will hold their monthly dinner at 5:30 p.m. Thursday night, April 6, in the Scout House. Entertainment will be presented. Joe Ott was in Tropic overnight; he brought his nephew William Pollock home for a visit. Both are employed at Zion National Park. DcLRac Pollock spent a few days with her parents in St. George. Ron McGee made a hurried up trip to Tropic with supplies for his home. Stan Ott is a patient in the Veterans Vet-erans Hospital in Salt Lake City. He had a muscle transplant into his arm, and hopes to regain the use of it. Reports are that the surgery was successful. Kccla Mangum accompanied Iris Bushncll, Kim Johnson, Ruby Moore and Laura Clark to Orem to attend funeral services for Nettie Chynoweth. Jack and Mae Chynoweth were also there. The Shawn Mortensons were at the Paul Mangum home for the weekend, and helped with the Bryce Canyon Trail rides. Mr. and Mrs. Paul Mangum were in Salt Lake City on business. Arnold Adair had an appointment with the eye doctor while in Salt Lake City. Malland Baugh spent a few days in Escalante doing chores for Blake Robinson while he was in Phoenix, Ariz. Brcnda Shakespcar, Page, Ariz., is visiting with the Clare Ramsay family. |
