Show Panguitch Lions Seat New 1986-7 Officers ! Members of the Panguitch Lions and Lady Lions met June 2 for a joint installation banquet at the Country Corner Cafe. I New Lions Club officers installed were Bob Smith, president; Frank White, vice president; Wallace . Miller, secretary-treasurer; Earl Roe, tail twister; Verd Worthen, Uon tamer; and Ray Barnes, John i Yardley and Jim Bourland as directors. Newly installed Lady Lions Offi-! Offi-! ns include Gai Wilcock, president; 'ith Hey wood, vice president; Margaret White, treasurer; Cleo Marshall, director; Billie Miller, tail Wster; Doreen Wolf, historian; and i Ruth Barnes, board member. Beth Heywood was hostess for the meeting and decorated the room with spring floral arrangements. The program included several musical numbers by Doug Ipson on his portable organ. One hundred percent attendance points were awarded to Ruth Barnes and Faye Worthen. A 30-year membership pin was presented to Erna Riggs and a special secretary-treasurer pin was presented by the Lions Club to Wallace Miller. Pins were also awarded to Gale Wilcock and Jim Bourland by past president Ray Barnes for their outstanding dedication during the past year. |
