NOTICE OF SALE OF STATE LANDS Notice is hereby given that in accordance with the law, the DIVISION OF STATE LANDS & FORESTRY of the State of Utah, will July 9, 1986, at 10:00 a.m., on that day offer for sale at the Division of State Lands & Forestry Office, 585 N. Main, Cedar City, Ut., the following described parcels of land situated in Garfield County, Utah: TOWNSHIP 33 SOUTH, RANGE 2 WEST SLB&M. Section 22: S2SW4SW4, S2N2-SE4SW4, S2N2-SE4SW4, S2SE4SW4, SW4SE4, Containing 90 acres. Parcel may be sold for no less than appraised value, which is $13,500.00. Sales will be made only to citizens of the United States, or to those who have declared their intention to become such. Seller reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Sales will be made subject to the following: 1. Reserving to the State of Utah all oil, gas and other minerals together with the right to enter upon such land and to extract said minerals. 2.
