On July 25 at 3:15 p.m., William ' Workman, Pasadena, Calif, was transported from Pine Lake to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Karleen Muir, Neal Foster v and Alfred Foster. ' On July 26 Debra Javalero, i Escalante was transferred from ; Garfield Memorial Hospital to Utah ), Valley Hospital in Provo at 11 a.m. by EMTs Chris Twitchell and Bob Smith. On July 30 at 3 p.m., Frank Tennehil, Bethany, Okla. was transported from the scene of an accident near Cannonville by EMTs Patty Lutes, Carolyn Barker and Sandrea Francisco to Garfield Memorial Hospital. On July 4 at 2:56 p.m., Fei'Fei Heald and Merrill Heald, Solvang, Calif, were transported from the scene of a one-car rollover two miles south of Hatch by EMTs Sheldon Jackson, Bob McCullough, Jack Soper and Peg Bagnell to Garfield Memorial Hospital. At 6:08 p.m., Merrill Heald was transferred from Garfield Memorial Hospital to Life Flight at Pangiritch airport by EMT Bob Smith and the Life Flight crew. On July 5 at 10:07 a.m., Marty Smith, no address given, was transported from the scene of an altercation in Escalante to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Tracy Dallison, Wayne Reynolds, Rose Woolsey and Leslie Davis. On July 6 at 1:20 a.m., Tina Jefferies of Cannonville and Tony Willis of Panguitch were transported tran-sported from the scene of a one car accident on the Panguitch Lake Road, Utah Highway 143, to Garfield Memorial Hospital by EMTs Sheldon Jackson, Peg Bagnell, Bob Smith, Jack Soper and Bob McCullough.
