Visiting Mr. and Mrs. Virgil Anderson were Mr. and Mrs. Lonn Johnson, Hill Air Force Base; have Mr. and Mrs. Blakie Allen, Kearns; Charles Allen of Kanab; Martha Allred, Junction. Mr. and Mrs. Henry Worthen of Bountiful are the parents of their first child a baby boy born June 14. Grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Leach, Panguitch; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Worthen of Bicknell and Mary Worthen of Bountiful. Great -grandparents are Mr. and Mrs. Bert Leach and Mr. and Mrs. Keith Frandsen, Panguitch; great-great grandmothers are Rhoana Worthen, Panguitch and Lillie Biscoe of Washington. Mr. and Mrs. Lewis Leach and son Troy were in Bountiful to get acquainted with a new baby. All seven children of Mr. and Mrs. Miles Barney visited them for their father's birthday at Birch Springs Knoll. In attendance were Mr. and Mrs. Russell Dalton, Richfield; Ronnie Barney, Trent Barney, Rhonda Barney, Sheree Nielson and Cassidy Nielson, all Beaver; Mr. and Mrs. Randy Houston, Cedar City and Mr. and Mrs. Ken Christensen, Phoenix, Ariz. Misty Miller, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Miller, participated in the Summer Olympics held on the campus of Southern Utah State College in Cedar City, July 2-5. She won medals in the 1600 meters, 800 meters and 400 meters race. John Paul Henrie, son of Mr. and Mrs. Paul Henrie of Salt Lake City, is visiting his grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Phil Dickinson and Mr. and Mrs. Carvel Henrie. Mr. and Mrs. Phil Dickinson were in St. George where they attended the wedding of their niece, Allison Morgan and Darren Jensen in the St. George LDS Temple. Mr. and Mrs. Lane Norton visited at the home of their daughter, Joan Norton. Visiting at the Bill Kays were Mr. and Mrs. Dean Kay, Beaver; Mr. and Mrs. Jarrard Silcox, Salt I Lake City; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Wendell of Imperial, Calif. Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Ahlstrom have moved here to help his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Hatch.
