Show Hatch Holds Big July 4 Celebration HATCH Hatch residents and guests celebrated the July 4 holiday with a sunrise breakfast at 6:30 a.m. at the park which started off with a flag raising ceremony conducted by the local Boy Scout troop. Breakfast consisted of pancakes, bacon, eggs and orange juice for some 150 people. A program followed prepared by the David Rose extended family of Henrieville with a variety of patriotic songs. The afternoon hours were filled with a Softball game, a white elephant sale, bake sale, a horse show tournament and kids races. Funds generated were slated for the Hatch volunteer fire department.
