Show NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder payable in lawful money of the United States at the time of sale, on the front steps of the Garfield County Courthouse, in Panguitch, Garfield County, State of Utah on Thursday, November 21, 1985, at 10:30 a.m., for the purpose of foreclosing a trust deed executed by Marley D. Smith and Maxine Smith, as trustors, in favor of The Lockhart Company as beneficiary, covering the real property located in Garfield County, Utah, and more particularly described as follows, to-wit: Beginning at a point South 89 deg 33 min 28 sec West 400.00 feet from the Northeast corner of the Southeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section 21, Township 36 South, Range 5 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian, said corner being located North 0 deg 10 min 02 sec West 1305.37 feet from the South quarter corner of said Section 21; thence South 89 deg 33 min 28 sec West 933.90 feet to the Easterly boundary line of U.S. Highway 89 right of way ; thence South 44 deg 25 min 23 sec West 22.86 feet; thence North 71 deg 11 min 02 sec West 22.08 feet; thence South 43 deg 31 min 56 sec West 182.90 feet; thence South 44 deg 58 min 40 sec West 528.73 feet; thence North 89 deg 33 min 28 sec East 1597.90 feet; thence North 19 deg 15 min 33 sec East 171.02 feet; thence North 13 deg 55 min 41 sec West 247.60 feet; thence North 48 deg 44 min 43 sec West 165.19 feet to the point of beginning.
