Show NOTICE OF SPECIAL ELECTION TO ALL QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF THE CENTRAL UTAH STATE CONSERVANCY DISTRICT, STATE OF UTAH Take notice that on the 19th day of November, 1985, a special election will be held in the Central Utah Water Conservancy District, State of Utah, at the voting places set out below for the purpose of submitting to the qualified electors of said district the following proposition: PROPOSITION Shall The Central Utah Water Conservancy District (the "District") enter into a Supplemental Repayment Contract with the United States of America for the continued construction of the Central Utah Project Bonneville Unit and the acquisition of a municipal and industrial water supply for the District, at an additional reimbursable cost to the District of not to exceed $335,000,000, plus ten per cent therof (33,500,000) for certain cost increases, for a total of not to exceed $368,500,0,000, (whic h sum is in addition to a present repayment obligation allocated to municipal and industrial water use of $140,408,000 committed and authorized' under the original Repayment Contract executed December 28, 1965, and is also in addition to the payment of $10,000,000, which payment has been heretofore made by the District to the United States in connection with the Jordan and Alpine Aqueduct systems, and is in addition to sixty-six percent of the cost of the Jordan Aqueduct which was included in the 1965 Repayment Contract, but which has now been assumed by others), repayable over the installment period provided for under present Federal Reclamation law, but, in no event, in excess of 50 years, with interest at a rate to be established pursuant to the provisions of Section 5(f) of the Act of Congress approved April 11, 1956 C70 Stat. 105), as amended by the Act of Congress approved June 27, 1960, (74 Stat. 227), not to exceed 3.222 percent per annum, and with a charge on delinquencies at a rate equal to not less than one-half percent ( pet.) per month, all in accordance with the terms and conditions of ,the draft of the Supplemental Repayment Contract referred to in the Resolution by which this election is called? Electors are advised to vote at the polling place of the consolidated voting district in which they reside. The election judges and the alternate election judge who have been appointed to conduct the special election at each polling place are as follows; (This notice shall be published in full in the Salt Lake Tribune. This notice may be published in other newspapers of general circulation in the District with that portion of the following information omitted which does not pertain to the county in which each such newspaper is published.) NOTICE OF TRUSTEE'S SALE The following described property situated in Garfield County, State of Utah, will be sold at public auction to the highest bidder at the GARFIELD COUNTY COURTHOUSE (Commissioners Room), Panguitch, Utah, on FRIDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 1985 at the hour of 3:00 p.m., by D LAND TITLE, Trustee under that certain TRUST DEED dated January 8, 1981, executed by CHARLES D. HALLSTROM and SHIRLEY R. HALLSTROM, husband and wife, as Trustor, in favor of AUNITA H. ADSIT, Beneficiary, in which D LAND TITLE, agent for Lawyers Title Insurance Company was named as Trustee. Said TRUST DEED was recorded in the office of the County Recorder of Garfield County, State of Utah, on February 24, 1981 as Entry No. 183593 in Book 267, Page 725-27, relating to and describing the real property situated in the County of Garfield, State of Utah, particularly described as follows: The Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 17, -Township 31 South, Range 3 West, Salt Lake Base and Meridian. The NOTICE OF DEFAULT in connection with the above described Trust Deed was recorded July 11, 1985 as Entry No. 195098 in Book 288, Page 71-72, records of Garfield County, Utah. The purchase price shall be in cash, payable in lawful money of the United States of America. Said Sale will be made without covenant or warranty, express or implied, regarding title, possession, or encumbrances; and will be for the purpose of paying obligations secured by said Trust Deed and expenses of sale as provided for by law.
